(2) Return policy for other products
In order for the Supporting Hands Store to provide a distinctive experience to our customers with our products, we offer through this agreement a policy of returning or exchanging products purchased through us. Returns or exchanges are made according to the following controls:
· The buyer must fill out a product return form which includes:
- Order details: (first name, last name, email, phone or mobile number, order number, order date).
- Information about the product: (product name, product type, quantity, reason for return, whether the product has been opened or not, any other details or defects in the product).
The store allows a return or exchange request within 7 days from the date of receiving the product from the shipping company. To accept the return or exchange of the product, the following conditions are required:
- The product must be in its original packaging, the packaging must not be opened or tampered with, and the price tag (if any) must be kept.
- Do not use the product or obtain any benefit from it.
- The product does not suffer any damages attributable to the buyer.
- Maintain product serial numbers, if any.
- The buyer must keep the sales invoice and deliver it to the shipping company or at the store’s headquarters.
· The “Helping Hands” store does not accept returns or exchanges of products in the following cases:
- Submit a return or exchange request after 7 days from the date of receiving the product.
- Using, installing, or damaging the products or obtaining any benefit from them, or if the products are not in the condition in which the buyer received them.
- The store does not accept the return of any other products whose return may affect the health of buyers, such as the transmission of diseases or the spread of infection.
- Products that have been tampered with or whose serial numbers have been removed.
- Products that do not have price tags, stickers, or original packaging, or are missing any of their accessories.
- Products designed or produced based on specifications specified by the buyer.
· The buyer has the right to exchange or return without paying any additional costs in the following cases:
- There is a manufacturing defect in the product.
- There is damage to the product due to shipping.
- Receiving a product different from the requested product.
· If the return or exchange is due to an error on the part of the buyer, in this case the buyer bears the cost of shipping, returning the product, and reshipping the new product, “if available.”
· In exchange requests, the store takes into account the price difference between the products.
· If the return or exchange request is accepted, the money will be refunded to the buyer by the same means of payment within 15 days from the date of return.
