The Supporting Hands Store, through its owner, provides services for selling products online, which include educational aid products, courses, consultations, and other products. We provide these terms and conditions to govern and regulate the legal relations between the Supporting Hands Store and its users, so please read these terms carefully before using the store or ordering the purchase of our products available through it.
(1) Definitions
“ Supporting Hands ” or “the store” or “we” or “us” refers to suphands.com.
Dedicated as an online store entitled “Supporting Hands in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.”
"User" or "you" or "you" refers to the person who uses the Helping Hands Store, visits it, orders the purchase of products through it, visits the content available through the Store, inquires about our products, or communicates with us about the Store or any of its services or Its products.
“Buyer” refers to every person who uses the Store for the purposes of purchasing products available through it in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
“Products” refers to all products that the Supporting Hands Store offers for sale online in accordance with the terms of use and privacy, which include (educational aid products, courses, consultations, and other products).
“Order” refers to the products that the Buyer has decided to purchase through the Store and for which an order has already been placed.
“Shipping” refers to the shipping and delivery operations of products that the Buyer has decided to purchase through the Helping Hands Store in accordance with the shipping policy approved in this Agreement.
“Return” refers to the process of returning or exchanging products after receiving them from the buyer, and the request is submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions of the return policy approved in this agreement.
“Agreement” refers to this document and its terms and conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy.
“Laws” refers to the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
(2) Description of services
· We offer the “Supporting Hands” store as an online store for selling products offered for sale online.
· We provide the buyer with the ability to access the product page, know the type of product, supporting hands, colors and size, add the product to the cart and then place a purchase order.
· The store allows the buyer to pay electronically through the store, which is a safe payment method that suits all our users.
· The store provides shipping services to buyers through reputable shipping companies, in accordance with the store’s shipping policy.
· The store provides product return services in accordance with the approved return policy, except for digital products provided by the store within these terms and conditions.
· The store provides membership registration for store users, and membership provides many features that may not be available to the average visitor.
(3) Legal capacity
· The user must have the necessary legal capacity to carry out legal actions and enter into electronic contracting processes for purchasing products and using electronic stores.
· The minimum age required to use the store must be 18 years or older, and therefore the user must be a minimum of eighteen years of age and must have the ability to discern and fully understand all his legal actions.

· The user must register membership in the Supporting Hands Store with correct and accurate data and provide any information at the user’s risk without the store bearing any consequences regarding it.
· It is prohibited for any user to register with us with more than one account, and we will delete all accounts if we discover this.
· The buyer must maintain his username and password, and not disclose them to others. In all cases, the buyer is committed to all transactions that take place through his account in the store.
· Membership in the store is provided with a license to use system, and therefore we have the right to withdraw this license and terminate the use of membership at any time and without giving any reasons.
(5) Terms of Use
· The products are provided through the store in accordance with the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and therefore you abide by these laws regardless of the country you belong to.
· The user must be legally qualified to enter into this agreement with us, and must have reached the legal age required to enter into online purchases through the store in accordance with applicable laws.
· You must enter any information required in the store correctly and you are responsible for it, its accuracy, quality, modernity and legality, and you are committed to updating it whenever there is any change to it.
· The store must be used legally and in accordance with the goals and purposes declared by us, and this use must be serious and users must refrain from using the store for the purposes of deception, fraud, illegal communication, fake communication, or harming any party.
· The user must notify us if any illegal practices or activities are discovered through the store.
· The user must maintain the reputation of the store and not harm the store directly or indirectly, and not cause us direct or indirect damage, and not cause us any legal claims.
· Ratings and comments provided by the buyer through the store must be honest and legal and do not include any infringement on the store, companies or other parties.
· The content provided by the user through the store must be legal and not include any infringement on the rights of others.
· The “Supporting Hands” store reserves the right to make any amendments or changes to its store and to the policies and agreements associated with the “Supporting Hands” store, including the terms and conditions.
(6) Limitations of Use
· The store must be used within the limits of the purposes declared through these terms or those announced on the store pages, and our services must be used in good faith and the store or those dealing with it must not be tampered with in any way.
· The store must be used legally and legitimately, and it is prohibited to undertake any actions that would expose the store to legal accountability.

(7) Purchase orders
We allow buyers to purchase through the store, according to the following controls:
· The Supporting Hands Store promotes their products available through the store through any electronic or physical means.
· The buyer enters the store, browses the products available through it, and then submits a purchase order through the store.
· The purchase order must include the following information:
- Log in to the store or register a new account in the store.
- Buyer data.
- Shipping Address.
- Method of payment or payment.
- Shopping cart (product image, name, type, quantity, price, total).
- Order notes, if any.
· The store has the right to contact the buyer before delivering the products for shipping to verify some of the buyer’s private data or the seriousness of the purchase request.
· The store has the right to cancel purchase orders placed by the buyer if we cannot verify any data of the buyer or if we believe that the order may cause any damages to us.
· The store has the right to cancel the order in the event that the buyer does not comply with any of the conditions contained in this agreement, or does not find the buyer’s address or does not respond to the shipping representative, while in this case the store reserves its right to any compensation due.
· The store provides the products as they are available through the store at the time of purchase and according to the specifications announced through the store.
· The store is not obligated to provide any additional features or characteristics in the products after delivering them to the buyer.
· The store is not responsible for any fraudulent marketing or promotion of products that the buyer requests to purchase through the store.
(8) Buyer's terms
· The buyer must be legally eligible to place an order to purchase products through the store.
· The buyer must register an account with the store to be able to place purchase orders online through us and follow the stages of order delivery.
· The buyer must review the specifications of the products advertised through the store before submitting a purchase order. The order is considered final and acceptance of the product, and returns can only be made in accordance with our approved return policy.
· The buyer must follow all the provisions stipulated in this agreement, and must also abide by the applicable laws.
· The buyer submits an order to purchase products at his own risk, without the store providing any additional guarantees or pledges other than those stipulated in this document.
· The buyer releases the Helping Hands Store from any responsibility arising from the provision of services to him, including any personal actions that occur during the shipping process.
· The buyer is obligated to order and use the products for legal purposes, and bears responsibility in the event that he makes any illegal use of the products that he requests to purchase through the store.
· The shipping location must be clear to the shipping representative, and it is prohibited to request shipment to places to which entry is prohibited.
· The buyer is committed to all payment, shipping, and return policies approved by the store, and the buyer knows and acknowledges that they regulate the relationship between him and the store.
· The store has the right to ban the buyer’s membership with us if we discover at any time that the buyer has violated any of the terms and conditions stipulated in this document or that the buyer has submitted fictitious purchase orders or abused us in any way.
(9) Content Policy

· The Supporting Hands Store does not bear any legal responsibility arising from the content available through the store, and you expressly exempt us from that.
· All data available to other people through the store is provided at their personal risk without providing any guarantees on the part of the store.
(10) Report content
In the event of errors in product data, content, product descriptions, images, or prices, you can contact us via email or the WhatsApp number available at the bottom of the Home Page of the Supporting Hands Store and submit a report of the inaccurate content, and we will correct the content as soon as possible.
(11) Product Policy
· All products displayed through the store are owned by the Supporting Hands Store, and the products are provided according to the description available through the store.
· The Supporting Hands Store displays pictures of products, which are expressive images and do not have to be of the product offered for sale through the store, as they may be taken from another product, and the pictures may be designs or advertising images.
· Some slight differences may occur between the images displayed through the Supporting Hands Store and the product that will be delivered to the buyer. This is due to the lighting conditions during photography or because the images are designs.
· The products are delivered according to the description displayed through the store, which is an accurate description that expresses all the characteristics of the product that will be delivered to the buyer.
· The products are delivered according to the terms of sale and the description specified through the store, without regard to the psychological or mental state of the buyer, which is a relative matter that varies from one buyer to another, and our sole obligation is to deliver the products according to the exact description that we provided through the Supporting Hands Store.
· Products must be used for legal purposes so as not to harm the Helping Hands Store, its products or its business reputation.
· The trademark of the products must be respected, whether they belong to the Supporting Hands Store or to other sellers, and it is prohibited to abuse the trademarks of the products.
(12) Payment Policy
· Payment must be made by the Buyer in accordance with this Payment Policy approved by us, and you understand and agree that there may be changes to the Payment Policy from time to time.
· The official currency in the Kingdom is the one used to determine the prices of products and purchases through the store.
· The buyer must review the prices of the products before submitting a purchase order through the store, including the price of one piece or the total price of the invoice.
· The store provides the buyer with payment through the following methods (Mada, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Stc pay, Apple pay).
· The store may request payment by certain payment methods for the purposes of verifying the seriousness of payment or for some of the buyer’s orders.
· Fees may be imposed on bank transfer operations, and therefore the buyer bears these fees.
· An administrative fee may be charged at any time related to the use of the store, and we will announce this clearly throughout the store.
· The buyer bears full responsibility for the payment process, and therefore we are not responsible for any errors in the payment process.
· The buyer must maintain the confidentiality of his payment data and be careful to avoid using any suspicious means or unlicensed software.
· The products that the buyer obtains from the store include all imposed government taxes, and a value-added tax is added to the invoice issued to the buyer at a rate of 15% of the value of the invoice, which the store collects from the buyer and then pays to the tax authorities.
(13) Shipping Policy
· The Supporting Hands Store provides shipping services to buyers through shipping companies approved by us, and we are always keen to provide a distinguished service for delivering orders to buyers. The Supporting Hands Store has contracted with Aramex to provide shipping services to the buyer.
· The buyer bears the cost of shipping the products, and the shipping cost will be:
- 28 riyals for the first 15 kilos.
- An additional 2 riyals will be added for each additional kilometre.
· Shipping takes place within a period ranging from 3 to 8 working days. If the purchase order is on a Thursday or Friday, those days will not be counted within this period, due to the cessation of work on these days in addition to the cessation of work on official holidays.
· All orders placed on holidays or public holidays will be shipped on the nearest business day.
· The buyer undertakes to keep the electronic payment receipts that may be requested from him during the delivery of the products to him, and also undertakes to sign the receipt for receiving the product.
· The buyer is obligated to pay for the products he ordered to purchase (if he does not pay electronically) in addition to the shipping fee (if any) as soon as he receives the products upon delivery.
· The buyer undertakes to inspect the products before signing to receive them from the shipping representative, and acknowledges that his signature on receipt is conclusive evidence that the products are free of any apparent defects such as damage, breakage, and defects.
(14) Warranty Policy
The store provides the products offered for sale according to the guarantees provided by manufacturing companies, merchants, or suppliers. The store does not provide any special guarantees for the products, and the store transfers all guarantees for the products to the buyers.
(15) Comments Policy
The Supporting Hands Store allows buyers registered in the store to add comments on the products they purchase through the store. These comments must be subject to the following terms and conditions:
· The comment must be related to the product being commented on, and must include a description of the buyer’s experience with the product or the advantages or disadvantages of the product.
· The Supporting Hands Store does not accept any comments that are offensive, violate this agreement, or violate any of the applicable laws.
· The Supporting Hands Store does not accept any comments that include insult to the store or any of the users, production companies, individuals, suppliers, countries, cultures, customs, traditions, customs, any of the production companies, competing companies, or otherwise.
· The Supporting Hands Store does not accept any comments that include any promotion of services or goods that are not affiliated with us, and it is prohibited to include any software, external links, or any content not related to the products.
· It is prohibited to publish any kind of communication through the store, and the store will delete any communication that is broadcast through comments.
· The Supporting Hands Store reserves the right to delete comments that violate the provisions of this agreement, while we reserve all our legal rights and compensation.
· Any person or entity harmed by the comments provided by the buyer reserves all its rights to appropriate compensation with all legal and judicial claims.
(16) Third parties
· Third parties may assist us in providing our services, and the store disclaims any legal responsibility for any direct or indirect, intentional or unintentional, errors committed by third parties that provide services through the store.
· Terms and conditions of third parties may apply to the user, and these are not subject to our control. Therefore, the user must review and agree to these policies before benefiting from the services provided by third parties through us.
(17) Intellectual property rights
· The store and all its material and moral elements are our private property, and may not be imitated, copied, or re-exploited in any way. All contents of the store (content, menus, texts, images, video, symbols, numbers, letters, icons, buttons, music, data, information) are subject to legal protection under the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and international agreements, and we have the right to take action Legal in case of assault.

· Every user is personally responsible for all actions and activities that he performs through the store, and the store will not be jointly or indirectly responsible for any of the users.
· Every user is personally responsible in the event that he does not comply with the obligations imposed on him under these terms or applicable policies.
· Every user is personally responsible in the event that he violates the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or in the country to which he belongs, and the store will not be jointly or indirectly responsible for any of the users.
· The user bears legal responsibility in the event that he violates any of our rights under these terms and conditions or violates any of our rights or ownership of the store or any of its elements.
· The buyer bears all legal responsibilities and compensation in the event of submitting fake purchase orders or misusing the store’s services in any way.
· The buyer bears legal responsibility in the event of misuse of the products he obtains through the store.
· The user bears legal responsibility in the event of insulting the store on any website, application, social media, via email, or through any other means.
· The user bears legal responsibility in the event of offending any other person through the store, without any original, consequential or joint liability on the store.
· The user is obligated to compensate us for all damages that befall the store as a result of any illegal or unauthorized use by the user or any of his affiliates.
· The user is obligated to compensate us if we offend us, the store management, employees, partners, distributors, agents, affiliates, or any other person belonging to the Supporting Hands Store.
· We reserve all of our legal rights arising from this agreement at any time, and failure to exercise that right at a particular time does not mean waiving it at all other times.
(19) Disclaimer
· The user disclaims our responsibility for all illegal activities that are not affiliated with us that may occur through the store, as the store cannot control all the actions that take place through it, and the affected person must inform us to take the necessary action to stop the source of the damage.
· The store may stop from time to time and may stop permanently, whether for voluntary or involuntary reasons. Therefore, you relieve us of any legal responsibility in the event of a permanent or temporary stop of the store or any of its services.
· The store does not provide any type of insurance or compensation to any of its users, and every person who uses the store and its services is at his own risk, and the store will not be liable to any of the users for any reason resulting from the use of the store or its services or the application of our terms and policies.
· The store is not responsible for any comments or content published through it, or for any communications inside or outside the store, and the store is not responsible in any way for the buying and selling transactions that take place between the advertiser and the buyer.
(20) Communications and Notices
The store communicates with you from time to time through the contact information you provided to us. Under this agreement, you authorize us to communicate with you electronically or by telephone. In the event that you do not wish to receive communications from us, you must notify us and we will immediately stop communicating with you, but this means that our services It may stop for you permanently.
· Any notifications that the store wants to inform users are made through their contact information, and the user is assumed to be aware of the notification as soon as the store sends it to him. If the user wishes to send us notifications, this must be done through our means of communication available through the store pages (email, WhatsApp number).
(21) Amendments and additions
You know and agree that our services may be modified or updated continuously, and that our terms and conditions and privacy policy may be modified, updated or added to from time to time, and the store will not be obligated to notify any of its users and we will update the date of the last version at the top of this document. (24) Jurisdiction
The Saudi judiciary has jurisdiction to decide any dispute arising regarding the interpretation or implementation of any clause of this document. If any clause is excluded by a judicial ruling, this does not prejudice the validity of the other clauses and they remain valid and produce their legal effects unless the store cancels the agreement.
(25) Arabic language
This document was drafted in the Arabic language, and if it is translated into any other language, the Arabic text is the one that is applicable before all official and unofficial bodies if the foreign translation conflicts with it.
